Wrong address: Sometimes a provided address is considered insufficient by the courier. Be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip codes! Cause in this cases order is lost and we don´t take responsibility for replacements.Unclaimed: If you do not collect the item at the local post or at an alternate pickup location, it will be returned. In these cases, orders will be reshipped at the client's expense, once the client agrees to the new charges.
